RETURN & REFUND POLICY


At Sunset and Swim, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 


To initiate a return, please email us at sunsetandswim@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds

Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at sunsetandswim@gmail.com.


Cancel a placed order
