Handling Time 

All orders take 1-5 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped out of our warehouse. 

If your order contains multiple items, on occasion you may receive your order in multiple packages to speed up the delivery time.   

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).


You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If you do not receive a tracking url, kindly check your spam folder or campaign tab on Gmail.

Please allow 1 - 3 working days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.


Courier delays - Due to the recent global health situation, we are currently experiencing a shipping delay on some orders. We have increased our estimated shipping times to compensate for these delays. However, please understand: Shipping times are estimates. Shipping delays are due to circumstances out of our Shop’s control. Our Shop is not responsible if the order is not delivered by the estimated shipping times as these delays are unforeseen and we cannot be held liable for courier delays. We will NOT refund or cancel orders if the courier fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times. 


Sunset and Swim is not responsible for:
- Delays with USPS/ Fedex shipping
- International Duties or Customs charges
- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The USPS or Fedex will be responsible once the package has been dispatched.
- Products marked delivered by Post Office / Fedex according to tracking. You will need to contact your Post Office to obtain information regarding your package:

- If Fedex or USPS could not reach you after several attempts, the package will be sent back to our warehouse. In such cases your order will not be refunded. You will need to pay an additional US$20 shipping and handling fee for the package to be re-delivered to you.


Cancelling a placed or shipped order is not possible 

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE (COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE US): Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Sunset and swim are not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

 DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 55 business days for US orders and 75 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
