Order Processing

Tracking Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time. Please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update after receiving the shipping confirmation email.
  • Didn’t get an e‑mail? Check spam / “Promotions” or make sure you haven’t unsubscribed.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase from Sunset and Swim, but if something’s not right, we offer a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • To start a return, email us at [email protected]. If approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.
  •  Buyers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Items returned without prior approval or in used condition may be refused or refunded with a deduction for loss in value.

Refunds

Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at [email protected] so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
• Swimwear
• Lingerie
• Earrings

Please double-check sizing and product details before purchase. All sales for these items are final. Questions? Reach out to us before ordering.


Sale Items

All sale items are final sale. We cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for discounted items—no exceptions.


Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If eligible, return your item and place a new order for the desired size or style.


Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments. Sale prices are valid only during active sale periods.

CANCEL AN ORDER

Once an order has been placed, our system processes it promptly to ensure quick and efficient delivery. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been confirmed. Canceling an already placed or shipped order is not possible.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE : Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Sunset and swim are not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

 DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 55 business days for US orders and 75 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. 

Successful Delivery Confirmation: Once a package is marked as 'delivered' by the designated courier service, we consider the item successfully delivered. In the event of concerns or issues with a delivered package, customers are encouraged to contact the courier service directly for assistance. 

Courier delays

Kindly note that Shipping times are estimates. If a shipping delay occurs, this is due to circumstances of the shipping and freight companies, and out of our Shop’s control. Our Shop is not responsible if the order is not delivered by the estimated shipping times as these delays are unforeseen and we cannot be held liable for courier delays. We will not refund or cancel orders if the courier fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times. 

Delivered but Not Received

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, the order is considered successfully delivered based on the courier’s tracking confirmation.

If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us within 72 hours of the courier's delivery scan. Reports made after this window may limit our ability to investigate with the courier or shipping provider.

Upon reporting, you must also contact the courier directly and request full delivery details, including the delivery location, recipient name, signature confirmation, GPS proof of delivery coordinates, photographic delivery evidence where available, or any neighbor, parcel locker, or collection point details recorded against your tracking number.

Please also check with household members, neighbors, building reception areas, parcel lockers, and local collection points before submitting a claim.

If the courier confirms in writing that the parcel was lost, incorrectly delivered, or cannot be located, please send us this confirmation at [email protected] so we can review the case.

To proceed with a delivery investigation, we require your cooperation and, where applicable, written confirmation from the courier that the parcel was lost, misdelivered, or not successfully delivered.

Late reports may limit our ability to investigate the shipment with the courier or shipping provider. If a parcel is reported as missing after the courier or supplier investigation period has expired, we may be unable to offer a replacement or further resolution unless the courier confirms in writing that the parcel was lost, incorrectly delivered, or not successfully delivered.

Where applicable and possible, our first resolution will be a replacement shipment. 

If you do not provide the requested information or courier contact confirmation within 7 calendar days of our request, we will consider the delivery investigation inactive. No replacement or refund review can proceed while the investigation is inactive. To reopen an inactive case, you must provide the courier's written response or confirmation.

If the courier or shipping provider confirms in writing that the parcel was lost or incorrectly delivered, our first resolution will be a replacement shipment.

Once a parcel is confirmed as delivered by the courier — including GPS confirmation, signature, or photographic delivery evidence — we are not responsible for theft or loss occurring after delivery. If you believe your parcel was stolen after delivery, we recommend filing a report with your local police and contacting the courier directly, as they may be able to assist with a formal investigation.

Sunset and Swim is not responsible for:
- Courier delays
- International Duties or Customs charges
- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The courier will be responsible once the package has been dispatched.
- Products marked delivered by the courier according to tracking. You will need to contact your Post Office to obtain information regarding your package:

- If the courier could not reach you after several attempts, the package will be sent back to our warehouse. In such cases your order will not be refunded. You will need to pay an additional US$20 shipping and handling fee for the package to be re-delivered to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
